BCC Driver is a mobile application for biodiesel collection route drivers. This privacy policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
Data We Collect
- Account Information
- Username: Required for authentication
- Password: Securely stored in your device's keychain
- Company Abbreviation: To connect to your company's BCC server
- Location Data
- Precise Location: Used only for turn-by-turn navigation to collection sites
- Location is only accessed when you use the "Get Directions" feature
- Location data is not stored or shared
- Collection Data
- Collection amounts and notes: Entered by you and sent to your company's BCC server
- This data is owned and managed by your company
How We Use Your Data
- Authentication: Username and password authenticate you with your company's BCC server
- Navigation: Location data provides directions to collection sites
- Data Entry: Collection of information is saved to your company's server
Data Storage
- Credentials: Stored securely in iOS Keychain on your device
- Collection Data: Sent directly to your company's BCC server
- No Cloud Storage: We do not store any data on third-party servers
Data Sharing
- Your Company: All collection data is sent to your company's BCC server
- Apple: Standard iOS functionality (Face ID, location services) follows Apple's privacy policies
- Third Parties: We do not share your data with any other third parties
Security
- All communication uses HTTPS/TLS encryption
- Credentials are stored using iOS Keychain (AES-256 encryption)
- Face ID/Touch ID uses iOS Secure Enclave
Your Rights
You may:
- Request deletion of your account through your company
- Disable location services in iOS Settings
- Disable Face ID/Touch ID login in the app settings
